Roseburg Police jailed a man for a prior theft on Tuesday.

An RPD report said an unknown suspect allegedly stole a tire carrying dolly from a business in the 2500 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway on Monday. Officers later located the dolly at Gaddis Park and identified the suspect as a 33-year-old. The man admitted to the theft.

The man was charged with second-degree theft. Bail was set at $6,250.
