Roseburg Police charged a man with a restraining order violation on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 1:30 p.m. the 25-year-old allegedly called a victim using the jail phone system, which was a violation of an active restraining order. The man was already in custody from a separate case. He remained detained, now on $20,000 bail.
