Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Monday.

An RPD report said at 9:00 a.m. the 54-year-old was contacted after being set up for an extended period of time in front of a now vacant business in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson Street. The man had a lounging area set up while he watched television on a tablet. There was a cat house, food and water bowls for the cat, multiple bags with all his possessions, and a thick foam pad which he was sitting on.

He was also issued his third Downtown Exclusion Notice.
