A juvenile passenger was taken to the hospital following a single-vehicle crash on Saturday.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report released on Tuesday said at 2:00 p.m. a Winston woman was driving south in the 9400 block of Old Highway 99 South in the Winston area when her vehicle suddenly veered left, striking a ditch and rolling. The passengers and a witness corroborated the story.

The driver and two juvenile passengers were evaluated, and one passenger was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center for suspected minor injuries. No signs of intoxication were observed. The vehicle was towed.
