Roseburg Police cited a man for offensive littering on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 8:10 a.m. the 70-year-old was found sitting in a wheelchair behind the restrooms in Stewart Park in the 2000 block of Northwest Stewart Park Drive.

The man had some trash and food items he had thrown on the ground 5 feet from where a trash can was placed. He was released after the citation was issued.
