Roseburg Police jailed a man for driving while suspended on Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said at 7:40 a.m. officers stopped a vehicle near the intersection of Northeast Jackson Street and Northeast Odell Avenue. The driver of the minivan returned with a revoked license. He was taken into custody. His dog was transported to Saving Grace Humane Society. The man’s vehicle was secured at the scene. Bail was set at $6,250.

He was also cited for driving uninsured and failure of a previous violator to file.
