Roseburg Police jailed a fugitive for warrants on Saturday night.  An RPD report said shortly after 11:55 p.m. officers contacted 35-year-old Richard Woodward after he called 911 because he got stuck in a tree, in the 1000 block of Northeast Cresent Street.

Dispatch informed officers that Woodward had multiple serviceable warrants for his arrest. The man was assisted out of the tree and taken into custody before being transported to corrections. Bail was set at $60,000.
