Roseburg Police issued multiple citations at a traffic stop early Friday.

An RPD report said at 12:30 a.m. officers witnessed a sedan speeding on Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard. Officers contacted the driver in the 1000 block of Northeast Lincoln Street. The 37-year-old was unable to provide any form of identification and was detained for failure to carry and present. He was subsequently identified and found to have a suspended license.

The man was cited for failure to carry and present, driving while suspended-violation, driving uninsured and failure of a previous violator to file. He was released after the citations were issued.
