Roseburg Police cited a man for harassment on Friday evening.

An RPD report said at 5:30 p.m. the 24-year-old agreed to meet with officers in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard regarding an incident which had allegedly taken place on May 2nd. At the time, the man had reportedly punched a victim in the face several times.

The suspect admitted to hitting the victim. He was released after being issued a citation.
