Roseburg Police jailed a man for a warrant and cited him for having a prohibited weapon on city property, on Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said at 10:30 a.m. the 63-year-old was contacted because he was at a camp in the 500 block of Northeast Stephens Street that did not comply with the time, place and manner ordinance. Dispatch advised that he had a warrant for his arrest.

He was taken into custody and detained on $8,750 bail.
