Elmer’s Kitchen Breakfast – Brunch – Mimosas is scheduled to open in Roseburg on Monday, June 9th at its new location.

Elmer’s Vice President Jill Ramos told News Radio 93-9 FM and 1240 KQEN that the new restaurant will be open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Ramos said applications are now being accepted for line cooks, servers, hosts and bussers. Elmer’s expects to hire 35-40 people.

The new store is 4,950 square feet and will be at 3030 Northwest Aviation Drive in a building that was formerly home to Shari’s Cafe and Pies.

Elmer’s previously operated in Roseburg for 24 years before closing due to the franchise operator’s retirement and the redevelopment of the original property on Northwest Mulholland Drive. The new location will be company owned.

There are now 25 Elmer’s locations throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, California and Nevada.
