Sutherlin Police jailed a man on burglary and theft charges on Friday night.

An SPD report said a victim said an E-bike valued at approximately $2,000 had been taken from inside his attached garage in the 300 block of Casa De Loma Street at 9:30 p.m. Video footage was located which reportedly showed that 18-year-old Tyler Ketchem had taken the bike.

Ketchem was charged with first degree theft, second-degree burglary, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was detained without bail.
