Roseburg Police cited a woman following a hit and run incident on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 5:20 p.m. the 39-year-old allegedly backed her vehicle into another vehicle at a business in the 1300 block of Northeast Stephens Street. She left the scene without providing any contact information. Officers located the driver at her residence and cited her for failure to perform the duties of a driver where property is damaged. She was released after the citation was issued.
