ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOR ALLEGED CRIMINAL MISCHIEF INCIDENT

Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged criminal mischief incident on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 1:00 p.m. officers contacted 43-year-old Travis Lively at a camp on the railroad company’s property in the 100 block of Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard. His camp had a large amount of trash, and he reportedly had dug into the gravel to stake his pallets. In total, Lively’s camp allegedly caused over $2,000 in damage to the railroad property.

Lively was detained without issue and was transported to corrections. He was charged with first-degree counts of criminal mischief and criminal trespass and offensive littering. Lively was detained without bail.
