Roseburg saw below normal rainfall for the month of April but is still above the normal amount for the water year.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service said the Roseburg Regional Airport measured 0.76 inches of rain last month. The normal amount for April is 2.71 inches, meaning Roseburg was 1.95 inches below normal.

For the water year, which is October 1st through the end of September, the gauge at the airport has registered 32.15 inches of moisture. The normal amount for the water year to this point is 27.71 inches.
