Roseburg Police jailed a man Wednesday, regarding a past case.

An RPD report said at 12:40 p.m. officers contacted 31-year-old Grant O’Neill at the intersection of Northeast Stephens and Northeast Polk Street. Grant was taken into custody and charged with second-degree counts of trespass and criminal mischief and for harassment. He was detained on $10,000 bail.
