A transient was jailed for multiple warrants by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office early Thursday morning.
A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 5:50 a.m. a deputy contacted a suspicious vehicle on private property behind the fish ladder, in the 5800 block of Northeast Stephens Street. The deputy observed 38-year-old Joshua Breeding and a victim sleeping in a vehicle.
Dispatch advised that there were several warrants for Breeding’s arrest and a no contact order between the two people. After some time, the deputy was able to wake the man and take him into custody. Breeding was detained for eight warrants and for violation of a no contact order. He was held on 21 charges and detained on $95,000 bail.
