A Days Creek man was jailed following a traffic stop early Wednesday.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said shortly after 12:35 a.m. a deputy stopped the 64-year-old for traffic violations in the 100 block of Creekside Road in the Canyonville area.

The driver was detained for failure to carry and present a license and provided a false name and date of birth. He ultimately admitted to giving false information and was found to have two active warrants. The man was taken into custody. Bail was set at $6,250.
