STATE POLICE JAIL MAN FOR REPORTED DISORDERLY CONDUCT

A Drain man was jailed by Oregon State Police for reported disorderly conduct on Friday.

An OSP report said just after 10:30 a.m. a man was called in for riding a bicycle in the middle of Highway 38 near Drain and allegedly hindering traffic and flipping people off. The 51-year-old had previously been observed two weeks ago on Cedar Street in Drain, reportedly hindering traffic and trying to kick vehicles.

He was placed in custody and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct. He was detained without bail and was released on Monday.
