A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect through 11:00 a.m. Friday above 1,500 feet for parts of southern Oregon.
Forecasters at the National Weather Service said snow is expected above 1,500 feet. Total snow accumulations of one half to 2 inches. Winds will gust as high as 35 miles per hour.
The Advisory area includes central Douglas County, Josephine and Jackson counties and eastern Curry County. It applies to Interstate 5 between Roseburg and Grants Pass, Camas Mountain Pass, as well as Hayes Hill and portions of Highway 199. This includes the cities of Roseburg, Grants Pass, Medford, Ashland and surrounding areas.
