4-H & FFA SMALL ANIMAL SHOWMANSHIP CLINIC

4-H and FFA Youth ages 9-19 are invited to attend a one-day Small Animal Showmanship Clinic in Douglas County.

Oregon State University Extension 4-H is hosting the clinic on Saturday, April 12th at the Douglas County Fairgrounds Exhibit Building.

4-H gives members the chance to showcase small animals like rabbits, cavies, chickens and ducks. This event is the perfect opportunity for students looking to sharpen their skills before the Douglas County Fair.

The clinic will be led by an experienced clinician and judge, Ilaena Mellentine.

The event will focus on rabbits and cavies from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. with chickens and ducks following from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
