Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Monday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 5:00 p.m. officers contacted the 40-year-old while he was camping in a tent in the pavilion at the Fir Grove soccer fields on Northwest Stewart Park Drive.

The tent was located in a prohibited area and set up during a prohibited time. The man was released after the citation was issued.
