Roseburg Police cited a man for third-degree sex abuse on Monday.

An RPD report said just after 11:30 a.m. officers contacted the 23-year-old from Winston at his residence regarding a prior investigation, stemming from an incident that allegedly occurred on February 27th. During the investigation, officers learned that the man had reportedly touched a victim inappropriately.

The man was released after the citation was issued.
