Roseburg Police cited two people for a drug law violation on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 10:00 a.m., the 45-year-old man and 32-year-old woman were contacted in the parking lot of a business in the 3200 block of Northwest Aviation Drive. They were allegedly passed out in their vehicle with drug paraphernalia scattered all around. Both people admitted to smoking fentanyl and consented to a search of their vehicle. During the search, an officer reportedly found two small baggies of fentanyl.

They were cited for unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and were released from the scene.
