Roseburg Police jailed a man early Wednesday after his second alleged violation in three hours.
An RPD report said at 9:15 p.m. the 69-year-old was observed behind a small shrub in front of city hall in 900 block of Southeast Douglas Avenue. He was squatting with his pants pulled down. The man was cited for urinating and defecating in public and was released.
Just after 12;00 a.m. Wednesday, an officer observed the man sitting outside the same building. The officer knew the man was a city expulsion violator and was inside the boundary in which he is restricted from. The man was taken into custody and charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $1,250.
