Roseburg Police jailed a man for a parole violation on Monday.

An RPD report said at 10:30 a.m. the 34-year-old was seen by an officer at the camps in Deer Creek Park in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. The officer knew the man’s parole officer wanted him detained. After confirming his status, the man was taken into custody without incident. He was detained without bail.
