Roseburg Police jailed a woman for a reported theft incident on Thursday.

An RPD report said shortly after 9:00 a.m. the 36-year-old allegedly stole over $100 worth of merchandise from a store in the 1300 block of Northeast Stephens Street. The suspect was located walking away from the business.

She was taken into custody without incident. The woman was charged with theft in the second degree. Bail was set at $6,250.
