Roseburg Christian Academy has an event on Monday as they seek funds to pay for a new track next to the school.

“Play, Dessert Auction New Track Fundraiser” will be held in the school’s gym at 7:00 p.m. The musical production, “Cheaper by the Dozen” will be presented by drama students at the school. The evening will include the play along with a dessert auction.

The school needs to raise $250,000 to replace its decades old track and make other upgrades to the outdoor space nearby. This includes work on the softball fields and former pee wee soccer fields. This is at the intersection of Northwest Troost Street and Northwest Calkins Avenue in the Hucrest neighborhood.

Tickets for Monday’s event are available in advance or at the door.
