Roseburg Police cited a woman for offensive littering and prohibited camping on Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said at 5:20 a.m. the 34-year-old was contacted at her camp in Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street because she was camping in a restricted area and had trash scattered around her tent. She was released after being given her citation.
