Roseburg Police jailed a woman for a probation violation on Tuesday evening.

An RPD report said at 9:40 p.m. officers contacted the 36-year-old at a business in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. The woman had reportedly told an employee that she had a warrant and wanted to turn herself in.

Officers learned the woman didn’t have a warrant but had not checked in with her probation officer. She was taken into custody and was detained without bail.
