Roseburg Police cited a man for drinking in public on Thursday afternoon.

An RPD report said shortly before 2:00 p.m. officers said the 31-year-old was drinking a high-alcohol content beer at Eagle’s Park in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson Street. Along with being cited, he was issued his first city exclusion warning.
