Roseburg Police jailed a fugitive who was located behind a business on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 9:00 a.m. officers contacted the 45-year-old in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway after employees said he had been behaving suspiciously.

He was found to have warrants for his arrest, and once confirmed, he was placed into custody. Bail was set at $7,500. The man was released later in the day.
