Roseburg Police jailed a man on the charge of sex abuse in the third-degree on Sunday night.

An RPD report said at 8:00 p.m. officers contacted the 22-year-old in the 100 block of Page Road in Winchester. The man was the suspect in an ongoing investigation. He reportedly admitted to making sexual advances toward a victim by grabbing her and attempting to kiss her. The man was detained and transported to corrections.

He was detained on $6,250 bail and was released later in the evening.
