SUTHERLIN POLICE JAIL MAN FOLLOWING ALLEGED TRESPASS INCIDENT

Sutherlin Police jailed a man following an alleged trespass incident on Saturday.

An SPD report said just after 10:20 a.m. an officer responded to a home in the 200 block of Robinson Street. A victim reported that an unknown intoxicated male was inside his home. The resident held the suspect at gunpoint after the man refused to leave the home.

The suspect, a 54-year-old transient, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was detained on $8,750 bail.
