The Douglas County Human Trafficking Task Force will hold a Teens Against Trafficking event on Thursday, February 6th.
It will be held at the Roseburg Public Library from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The evening is aimed at parents, caregivers of teens, and teens, although anyone is welcome to attend.
Information will be provided on local and state data regarding trafficking, and the local risks to youth. The newly revised Teens Against Trafficking curriculum will be premiered, so parents can be informed on what their teens will see when they get the lessons, so they are prepared to answer any questions.
