Roseburg Police jailed a man after contacting him in a parking lot early Tuesday.

An RPD report said at about 3:50 a.m. the 40-year was located in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard.
The man was reportedly found to have a warrant for his arrest out of the Oregon State

Parole Board for Abscond. The warrant was confirmed, and officers took him into custody. The man was charged with a parole violation and detained without bail.
