Roseburg Police cited three people for prohibited camping on Monday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 1:20 p.m. officers contacted the group who had camps set up near the bike jumps in the 500 block of Northeast Stephens Street. They were all issued citations and advised to take their tents down.

All three people were released after being cited.
