A Days Creek woman was jailed for alleged aggressive harassment on Friday.
A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 6:15 a.m. units were dispatched to a business in the 200 block of Pruner Road in Riddle for a female that was allegedly acting disorderly, swinging in the air and yelling. She was last seen entering and then leaving a portable bathroom behind gas pumps.
When deputies arrived, employees stated that the suspect was believed to be back in the bathroom and was still yelling. Deputies attempted to make contact but were not making much progress. At one point, the woman opened the door and began to yell. She then exited the portable toilet with toilet paper in her hand. After cussing at a deputy, the woman reportedly threw the toilet paper, which struck a deputy near the face.
The woman was taken into custody after a brief struggle. She refused to identify herself and was lodged under the name Jane Doe. The woman was eventually identified and charged with aggravated harassment, second-degree disorderly conduct, offensive littering and theft of services. She was detained without bail.
