Roseburg Police cited a woman for prohibited camping on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 2:50 p.m. the 39-year-old was contacted at the entrance to the duck pond with her small mobile home. She had a tarp draped over the trailer and had items spread all around as she panhandled.

The woman was cited and released on the scene for prohibited camping and packed up her camp.
