Roseburg Police jailed a Winston man early Wednesday for a past fraudulent use of a credit card case.

An RPD report said at 12:40 a.m. officers contacted 40-year-old James January because he was riding his motorcycle on the bike path in Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street. January was a suspect in the previous case, where he allegedly used a stolen credit card to conduct multiple transactions. He was arrested and charged with second-degree counts of fraudulent use of a credit card and theft, identity theft and computer crime.
