Roseburg Police cited a man for drinking in public early Saturday.

An RPD report said at 12:35 a.m. officers contacted the 59-year-old in the 600 block of Southeast Jackson Street. The man was reportedly sitting next to a half empty beer and was heavily intoxicated. He was cited without incident and was issued his second exclusion notice.

The man was released on the scene.
