Roseburg Police charged a man with second-degree criminal trespass on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 8:30 a.m. the 35-year-old was contacted under the east side of the Diamond Lake bridge over Deer Creek, near the intersection of Northeast Stephens Street and Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. This area is securely fenced and has multiple “No Trespassing” signs clearly posted. The man reportedly frequents this area and has been warned multiple times about trespassing.

He was detained without incident. Bail was set at $1,250.
