Roseburg Police cited a woman for second-degree theft on Thursday.

An RPD report said just after 7:40 p.m. officers learned that the 55-year-old took a cart full of items out of Walmart in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway, without paying for them. The items were recovered by security, but the suspect left the scene prior to officers arrival. She was contacted at her residence and cited before being released.
