Roseburg Police cited a Eugene man on three charges during a traffic stop early Thursday.

An RPD report said at 12:50 a.m. officers stopped a vehicle for a violation near the intersection of Northeast Stephens Street and Northeast Promise Avenue. The 48-year-old driver returned as having his license revoked, a misdemeanor. He was cited for driving while suspended-misdemeanor, driving uninsured and failure of a previous violator to file. A valid driver took possession of the man’s vehicle.
