DENSE FOG ADVISORY THROUGH SUNDAY AT 1:00 P.M.

December 8, 2024 5:30 a.m.

A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect through 1:00 p.m. Sunday for most of southern Oregon.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service said visibility of one quarter mile or less in dense fog is expected.

The Advisory area applies to southwest Oregon including central Douglas County, especially in valleys and low-lying areas.

Forecasters said low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. Those driving should slow down, use their headlights and leave plenty of distance between their vehicle and the vehicle ahead of them.
