The Douglas County Christmas Fair is happening through Sunday at the Douglas County Fairgrounds.

It is the largest event of its kind in the county each year, filling all three main buildings at the fairgrounds. The 51st annual Christmas Fair has over 300 crafter booths, displaying a wide variety of hand-crafted items, such as clothing, home décor, baked goods, spices, lotions, soaps, wood crafts, metal sculptures, art décor and numerous other unique products.

Christmas Fair hours are Friday 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Santa Claus will be onsite Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Admission to the Christmas Fair is $5 for adults. Bring a canned food donation to save $1 off the price of admission.
