Roseburg Police cited two people in an alleged prostitution incident on Monday night.

An RPD report said just before 10:00 p.m. officers contacted a 41-year-old woman and a 23-year-old man in the 1400 block of Northwest Veterans Way, on the Roseburg VA campus.

They were both arrested for engaging in sexual conduct in exchange for money. The woman was cited for prostitution and the man was cited for commercial sexual solicitation. Both were released on the scene.
