Roseburg Police jailed a man for a drug law violation early Wednesday.

An RPD report said just after 6:30 a.m. a caller said the man was passed-out behind the wheel of a vehicle in the parking lot behind a business in the 200 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. During the contact, officers saw a bindle of crystal-like substance under the man’s leg. He was charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation. The man was detained without bail.
