Wildlife Safari in Winston has its annual Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning.

The event is a great way to get some exercise during the holidays and earn an extra slice of pie, along with having fun with family and friends.

The course takes runners and walkers through the park’s cheetah loop, where they will be able to see how the cheetah’s spend Thanksgiving. The 5K course then goes to Safari Road. Coffee, hot cocoa, and snacks will be provided to participants.
