Roseburg is way ahead for November rainfall, with the month two-thirds over.

Data from the National Weather Service said as of  Thursday, 6.12 inches of rain has been recorded this month at the Roseburg Regional Airport. The normal amount is 3.07 inches. The record for this point in November is 7.55 inches, which was measured in 1937.

More rain is in the forecast through Monday before several days of drier conditions are expected. Thanksgiving Day is forecast to be mostly sunny with a high near 50 degrees.
